Existing Logo not changing colors

When you select one of the existing logos in Team Builder and change the colors, the logo does not update to the colors I set. IIRC, Team Builder in NCAA 14 would update any of the existing logos to be whatever color combination you picked. Also in the deep dive article, you can see the Tiger logo has a color combination different from the default logo that is in the existing logo list on Team Builder right now. Is this option hidden somewhere and I am just not seeing it?
