I’m experiencing issues with most of the teams I created in Team Builder. Every time I try to edit uniforms, play a game, or load into Dynasty mode with these teams, the game crashes. This only seems to happen with certain Team Builder teams that have worked fine before. I’d appreciate any assistance in resolving this.
I am currently experiencing this, was there anything anyone found that helped?

EA Sports pushed out an update to the game on Monday or Tuesday.
Something in the update is messed up. EVERYONE is having issues with Team Buildier.
I got some of my teams to work yesterday, but today none of them are working.
I am going to try and build a quick team today and see if teams created after the update work.....

So mad, I was just getting ready to start the FCS playoffs.
Same issue here... Created a team, downloaded fine. Try to use it, crashes the game.
