How to download a friend's team builder team

Hello EA, I have a question how come I can only find my friends team builder team via the website and not in the actual game itself to download. No matter what I do to search for the team it is a no show inside the game. So, can you please help me understand what is going on and if y'all can possible fixes this or is there no chance I'll be able to find and download my friend's team at all.
