Image sizes and Locations for Everything

Tioo many different answers for this and so EA needs to give us hard numbers.

For instance I tried using a small image and the score bar cuts it off.

The image for for the side by side intro it keeps coming out blurry.

Also, need to know what is using Primary, secondary and the 3rd images as well.
