Imported team from team builder home field turns black every time I play

I’ve created saved as I was going. And for some dumb * reason. My field is completely black. No white lines no number just an empty black field. I’ve done edited to a point it’s passed me. Like wtf EA how is this even possible with all the resources we have. 

My surface type is not saving and is give me an all black field. No white lines no number no logo no 50 yard mark 

no sideline. After fixing it still goes back to its own type. It’s it’s not saving and it’s not submitting over wtf is the next step. 

Literally every time I try to make a team on CFB25, it’s a headache. Team builder site is a nightmare. The site itself is slow to respond to anything, you can’t see what progress you’ve made because the site is slow or unresponsive, if you can see custom images then there’s an issue with the stadium field being black, and a litany of other problems. It took me a WEEK to make one team because of site issues. Why even make it a feature if it’s not finished or functional? EA, we a s a gaming community are asking for and expecting better considering that you’ve had over a decade to have this solidified since you’ve taken create-a-team/school and replaced it with this.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to team builder and select surface color whatever option you choose it will automatically turn to black
What happens when the bug occurs? The stadium surface turns black as soon as I submit even though it was bright green
What do you expect to see? I expect to see EA dix this bug immediately and make your consumers happy
