Is it just me or is Team Builder Broke?!

I finally got onto the website, I've seen people not even get past the create button so I guess I have that going for me. Once I’m in, I click on the + to upload custom images (that are made my myself, so no copyright issue), it loads a white square that shows nothing. The colors do not change when I adjust color. I try to edit jerseys, stadium, again nothing comes up, cant see anything. I’ve tried via different browsers chrome, opera. Any help would be appreciated!
