Is team builder compatible with I phones or not

So I don’t know if team builder works on phone or not but I’ve been trying it and all it says is that unsupported device and I would just like to know if it’s not compatible with I phones or if I need to use a computer but I’ve also tried with a Mac book air and it still won’t work so I would like an answer please
