Issues with Alt Unis on Team Builder Team

So, this is a problem I've been having since Day 1 of Team Builder being up... But it seems to be limited to me, as other people I know have made Team Builders with alt unis just fine, but nothing I've tried has worked.

The issue at large is this:

• I was able to successfully create and use a Team Builder team that didn't have alternates.
• When I add alternate jerseys to the team, they properly display on the Team Builder site. No errors, no issues on Save of Submit.
• When I bring the team into game, the download is successful, and they can successfully be played when using the standard Home and Away jerseys.
• When I try to change the team's jersey to one of the alternates, only the Helmet 'changes' (the helmet name will change to the alternate, but the helmet preview will not change).
• If I continue into the game anyway, the game will soft-lock on the 'loading' screen. The only way to get back in-game is by closing the game from the console Home Screen (I have a video of this, but it's apparently too big to upload and have the topic post).

I have tried multiple different browsers to access the Team Builder site, with no difference made.

I have confirmed that I am on the most recent version of the game. I have even uninstalled and reinstalled the game, but no dice.

This is on the PS5. Its software is also up to date.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, and (if so) how do I go about fixing it?
