Kit and stadium editor on EA CFB 25 Teambuilder has an issue & the site is slow

everytime i go to edit my wichita st. uniforms and stadium i can only see platinum uniforms and a black field. that doesn't allow me to see what i'm editing at all, and that actually gets applied to ...

When I go into my teambuilder and try to make a team, My logo isn't visible. the uniforms isn't visible and the stadium isn't visible. How do I fix this?
