Major teambuilder issue

Hey! So, I'm having an issue with teambuilder where it won't let me create a team whatsoever. The website refuses to work for me. Whenever I login, and go to create, it loads instantly but won't allow me to change uniforms or upload logos. Sometimes when I go to create a team it loads but immediately after takes me bag to the menu screen that says 'get started.' I've only been able to actually edit uniforms twice out of the numerous times of trying teambuilder, however both of those I can no longer edit because it just won't allow it to work for me. It's really frustrating seeing everyone be able to create teams with no issue yet the website won't even work for me. I am using a laptop specifically meant for gaming that I bought less than a year ago.
