Multiple Teambuilder Issues, please help

Just wondering if there were any fixes for any of these three glitches:

1. I get stuck in a loading screen whenever I try to use my team in the game. Dynasty mode, play now, doesn't matter. 

2. My 5th uniform isn't working, it just doesn't appear in game. 

3. Any other layer of image I put on my field other than layer one does not show up.

if anyone could help with these issues it would be greatly appreciated 🙏
