No realism with replacing teams

The whole inheriting the information about the team you replace ruins any kind of realism people are looking for with their teambuilder teams.

First of all, there's literally no point in choosing a state for your team because you inherit the state of the team you replaced. If I create a team in Hawai'i the only team I can choose from to replace is Hawai'i in order to keep at least the state correct which is ridiculous, especially if I want to create a second team in a state to create a new rivalry,

We should be able to choose our own team pipelines when creating the school. At least give us the option to choose up to 5 pipelines and let us choose the level and have that replace the previous teams' pipelines. 

Custom My School grades would also be nice, but majority of those can change throughout the season it's more of a quality-of-life thing, but every other aspect of just inheriting everything about the team you replace is ridiculous
