Offline Dynasty Teambuilder
Looking through the game I became extremely disappointed when I saw the developers made it that offline Dynasty doesn't allow Team Builder. Please I hope this isn't true....

I grew up rooting for an FBS school, went to a non-FBS school, grad school at an FCS, and live in a town with a school that dropped football 30-40 years ago.
They happen to be one East, Central, South and West.
These are the teams I want to lead from different G5 conferences to one in each P4, locking down the CFP semis every season.
i am glad i found this i was wondering too why team builder wasn't also offline disappointing but still having fun with the game anyways
