Others can't find my teambuilder team
I can download my team and search for friend's teams fine, but no one else can find my teams. I confirmed my account name is for any variations, both xbox and on EA.

These are two different issues. I think what OP is saying (and I am also experiencing) is that they created a team. They uploaded it from the team builder. They can access it in my sharing da from their PS5 account (this is what is being fixed in the thread you’re sharing and isn’t the problem). The issue is, other people can’t find the team that we create and upload and can access from my sharings. This seems to be a widespread issue..
I am also experiencing this issue. I can download the team builder I create through the game, but other people are unable to find my team. They've tried using the home state / apparel brand filters with a keyword, nothing. They've tried searching using my username, no teams come up. What is the trick for OTHER PEOPLE to be able to find custom teams you've created as it seems to currently be bugged within the game and other people can not access these custom teams to download onto their game.
having the same issue - can't start our online dynasty with TB teams because we can't find all 3 teams - using exact names in searches and they aren't showing up - but random teams not associated with my search are.
So far the closest thing I've found to work is adjusting something small, especially if it might tie into anything copyright related. For example I made a FAMU team and changed the name from Rattlers to Rattlerz and they found me. I would suggest trying minor changes to the name, maybe a slight modification to a logo, etc. It's still an intermittent issue as they found me after the changes and 2 weeks later, I can't be found again, but it's the best answer I've found at this point.
