Player Gear incorrect on Field

I've noticed some of my players don't have the correct gear. My QB has white sleeves on, even though when I go into player editing he doesn't have anything at all on his arms and I have a LE that I like to have high socks and team-color shoes on so I can easily spot him. The gear is correct on the player roster when you look at editing, but when we get in the game they just wear whatever. Has anyone else experienced this and maybe have a solution?
