Please help - I can't save my TB Dynasty progress

Are you able to save your progress? After FINALLY getting past all of the bugs and issues, was finally able to get my Team Builder up & running. But it doesn't let me SAVE anything!!! I'm in Week 3 of my Dynasty, plugging right along...but I can't save it! If I turn the game off, it just asks if I want to exit...there's not even the annoying Autosave...I literally can't save it at all.

Did I do something wrong?!?! I've never seen this before
