PNG Appears Correctly on Browser, Not on Console

On CFB 25 Teambuilder, my logos preview just fine on browser, but once converting to console to download, they just appear as white or black boxes, as if the file was not a PNG.  I am using PNG and ...

check the size (pixel x Pixel) of your custom image... white box in it's place typically has meant that the image is too large

That's incorrect, I have the same image just different color that works fine. Only the white version shows the white box.
