^having the same issue but I'm on PC. Friends of mine said that a restart has fixed this for them and they've seen it before, but I've been completely unable to load into my team builder franchise for about 2 days now. Let me know if you find a fix
^problem still persisting even after the latest update. Tried literally everything I could think of. This is a dealbreaker for me and most certainly the last straw in a long line of EA issues. Definitely won't be buying an EA product again if this problem continues.
