Re: I can’t see the team I created in download center

I had no issues with the website whatsoever. I uploaded my pictures, made my uniforms/helmets, and submitted successfully. I can even search for my team on the team builder website and it works just fine there.

On my xbox, when I try to download my team it doesn't show up under 'My Sharings', I can't search for it using a keyword or my username. I've tried editing and resubmitting it multiple times, all successfully, and that never fixed it either.

On the other threads for this site about this, some of them are marked answered because one person says that they got it to work. So please, nobody do that here. I'd like EA to actually respond to this thread and acknowledge that they understand that it isn't an issue with the website we are having. It honestly feels like a bot is providing all of their answers for the topics on here. So please, just upvote this if you are having this issue and hopefully we can get a solution, or at least an acknowledgement to the problem and the promise of a future fix.
