Re: No preview for anything while editing

So is this issue solved yet? It finally started to work for me then all the previews dissapeared again and i couldnt save any of the progress i made after i spent 45 minutes on it. this is getting a little frustrating at this point.

For me the team bulider is not loading anytime I hit create and the one time actually did it did not load the custom logo I chose 

I’m having that same issue it’s not loading when I click create it just loads and loads then tells me the page isn’t responding.

Please try the following and let me know if the site is loading properly then:

• Try a different web browser
• Disable any ad-block or other browser extensions
• Verify that you have 3D acceleration turned on in Chrome

If this doesn't help, please let me know what GPU you're currently using, as well as the current amount of RAM available on your system. Thank you! 

I keep getting AJAX Error 400 messages when I hit create. I'm using a MacBook Pro 

I've had this issue with multiple devices and multiple browsers the entire time team builder has been active. My most powerful device currently has this:

GPU: AMD Radeon Graphics Processor (0x15D8)

RAM: 5.94 GB usable

I am having the exact same issue as MurdaMoop and it doesn't matter which browser I'm using. Attempting to access Google Admin requires an "administrator account".

My GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

My RAM: is 4.00 GB and 1.2 GB free

Bro its bricked my computer. Everything locks up on my computer and my fan spins like my whole computer is about to blow up just by hitting the create button. Not much else to report, but that

not working in any browser today i get on the page when i try to make a team just idle and a team i made the helmet art work is not working in the game

If there are minimum specs required for the Team Builder website, that knowledge should be provided. I have been unable to get the images to load in the preview whenever I try to use Team Builder, and anything involving the graphics (uniform design, stadium/field design) does not work. Even better, it isn't as though the logo isn't loading on the PC due to the specs of the machine. If you save the team and submit it with the logos uploaded, but not previewing, when you try to download the team, none of the images show up there. This means the website itself has an issue, not the PC. 

The silence on acknowledging the issues is deafening, and leads many to believe there is no actual plan to make sure the website works for everyone. At this point, I am expecting the Madden 25 Team Builder website to have all of the problems people are encountering with the College Football 25 website fixed, while the College Football 25 site is left in this state. This is an absolute travesty from a development team that touted the return of Team Builder, and was hyping it up with a deep dives and work with content creators on YouTube, who are left in a quandary as many of them have hinted in subsequent videos about the issues, but are likely not willing to be vocal about them, lest they lose preferred privilege. 

All the community wants is acknowledgement that there are issues, and what the fixes will be. It's not like this is a brand new concept. They had built a website that functioned perfectly well before. It likely wouldn't have taken much to tweak that interface, and integrate it into the new code that was built, instead of trying to build this from the ground up, and have ten times the problem the original Team Builder site had on its launch.

So site was under maintenance yesterday but nothing has changed  today  I still can get in to finish editing my team.  It's basically  a week later and many of us still can't build a team. Is this a joke

A week later and I’ve not managed to get any teams in my game.

I have attempted to build many, eventually hit 400errors and the like and not been able to progress them after hours of working on them.

I have two such versions of teams occupying team builder slots that I am completely unable to interact with, edit or delete. I can’t change their names to say ‘delete me’ to avoid confusion later, and I can’t get rid of them.

I have two teams that I actually managed to finish design of. 

One of them then throws errors when you try to submit (either 400 or 112 check the teams helmet)

The other completed design I was able to submit but it doesn’t appear in game at all, regardless of whether I search the team name, my EA name or my PSN name.

Appreciate software engineering / game dev is difficult and there are a lot of plates being spun, but these are just critical errors with the capability of the product to function, not ‘nice to haves’ or quirks. Like we’re not even getting into ‘why tf do you make us upload the team before being able to change the names instead of letting us do it while we are on a computer with keyboard’ etc etc It’s crazy to me that these critical defects are in live and not being addressed with comms, if not fixes. 

For me I was waiting to get the teams done before I play the game but a week later and many hours wasted I am no where. 

** I did mean to qualify for EA guys perusing the thread… I have attempted every work around posted. Avoided special characters in any file name, in any team name or label or field, tried different browsers, cleared cache, made sure I’m logged out of game etc etc. Doesn’t make any difference 

Agree, rn if they came out and said ‘we have compiled all these issues, working on a patch and please can we contact you to test and confirm it resolves the issue’ I would be like ‘ok cool’ but you know they’re probably having to try and keep a lid on it to avoid hurting launch sales.

Just be honest with your loyal customers who have stumped up cash for preorders and have been tearing their hair out for a week trying to use the product

But also, and I hope you don’t get it, but imagine how f’d off I was when I finally got a team to submit but then realised it’s still not getting into the game 😭

For sure that’s crazy, but considering how hot the site makes my pc I reckon when people just say blacked out screens it’s likely GPU/CPU struggling with the colossal flash app or whatever this site is under the hood 

Any updates on this issue? My page just continually loads and then freezes after trying to chose a logo. 

As if 10 years wasn’t long enough. I am at a loss for words. I, like many others, have been waiting for what feels like an eternity for this “team building experience”, and what an experience it has been. I’ve attempted to create my team more than 100 times, I mean that with zero exaggerationz. I’ve see it all, from logos showing up one second and disappearing the next to spending 2-3 hours creating the best uniforms imaginable only for the site to crash or be unable to save my progress. I have 4 other friends who are experiencing the same frustration as I see a few others are. I have stayed up, taken a few days off of work and stood mind numbingly infront of my laptop for days. Dear EA, wtf.  

ps: also, I can’t use special characters, which anyone will need, for oh let’s say an A & M school. But I did see a Sandy Hook school, so that’s cool. #GoIndianaA&M

As irritated as I am by the issues we gotta stop with the ‘they’ve had 10 years’ stuff IMO. Ithru really haven’t. The team have been developing for 1-2 years 

@SubGod22I'd take just an acknowledgment of the issue after week, crap happens even with a lot of effort. However, ignoring the 100 post topic on the website being done is inexcusable. Even more so when the only communication is a tweet saying its up and running.

Same issues. I can't preview my uniforms & trying to save progress the icon just spins for hours on end. I was about to delete my team (football movies roster) completely until I saw this forum. I hope EA solves this problem ASAP before I give up on it.

Disappointed that this is still going on for 2 days now. I really just want to upload my images for my team. Sad
