Oh ok, didn't mean to assume it was a fix all for all. His post got alot of XP, I'm new here looking for answers and just wanted to share. I was using chrome on a Lenovo laptop that's fairly new. I had to Google how to clear cache and browser history, did that and it worked, saved and submitted on first try after days of spinning endlessly. Just wanted to share and help others if possible.
