Is anyone else coming across that error notification? Server is not allowing me to save nor submit my custom team. No specific reasoning or solution is provided, just the general error message: "[400]: An unexpected error occured during this operation."
I'm having the same issue. Tried multiple times since yesterday. Create a whole team and then can't submit or save it and lose everything
Yeah, I mean I tried submitting for hours and kept getting the error when it gets to the upload team details status. Eventually I decided to close the window and reopen hoping it will clear the issue, but nope.
Tried it using a different browser and without uploading any logos or messing with jerseys and same error. Seems like the site needs some sort of repair
Having the same exact error. Have tried taking out all abbreviations including numbers, getting rid of spaces, switching to default emblems, deleting cookies and history, a different browser, as well as a few other small things. Hoping it's just a temporary it's the first weekend kind of thing, but if anybody finds a solution. Please share, trying to start a dynasty coop with my wife. Don't know if it matters, I can save just fine, but I get the error every time when trying to submit, which seems to happen when it says uploading images, but like I said, I have deleted all custom images and used all 3 default and still have the same problem.
This has been going on since Friday and the issue does not seem to be a concern. I have not found any articles of resolution.
Custom teams is a huge feature of the game. We literally have to use the website to make our teams. EA needs to fix this.

Isn't this forum supposed to allow EA to give us updates on these issues? People (including myself) have been having this issue since Friday and there has been no response. I spent 2 hours yesterday working on my roster and stadium just to have it all not save. EA needs to at least give us a reason or an update on when this will be fixed.
Same here - I created half a team and saved it Friday morning. Went back to finish it Friday night and I've had the error 400 message ever since. I saw someone said to start everything over and re-create it so I tried that but I still get the same error message.
Adding a +1 to the many having this issue. I was able to make my initial design sometime on Friday and save it. I wanted to tinker with it so I didn't upload it, but now as I try to update my designs, it won't let me save. Instead giving this error.
It's a shame we're not being given any info on this. I feel like I can't start my Dynasty until it's fixed.

Thanks for the news even if it isn't what I wanted to hear. I know stuff has bugs when it comes out but man this is a feature I know a lot of people are looking forward to.

I've been having this issue to and what makes it all feel worse is that people have been able to upload teams! I was playing and decided to see what teams had been uploaded and I saw that players are able to upload. Why are we having this issue when others are not? Is it our internet connection? Is it that too many people are trying at once? Just like how many lick it takes to get to the center of a tootsie pop, the world may never know!
