BTW, can't take credit for this, Bordeaux on Twitter posted...I tried it an it's now working for me, although I understand that some people still might have issues

Two fixes to get Team Builder working again for College Football 25:

1. Try clearing cookies and cache. I just cleared my entire search history to get it to work again

2. Make sure your game isn’t open at the same time. You can’t be on the website and CFB 25 at the same time

Again, don't know if it's a 100% fix, but it did work for me...hope this helps
