ERROR 400

All of sudden in the middle of making my team I was given an "error 400". I was uploading a picture while making the jerseys. I tried again but this time it didn't show an error just didn't load the file so I went to save but it wouldn't so I just closed the page completely but it kept giving me the issue. I tried to delete the draft but it wouldn't do anything AGAIN. I can't delete any of my teams, I can still edit them but I can not upload any images, save, submit, or delete teams. I've attempted 4 browsers and all have the same outcome. Has anyone had any luck getting past this message.
