Clear your cache, cookies, and search history and restart the browser. It worked for me after two days of endless spinning!

@Mareec3Important to note this only works for BRAND NEW teams. A previously created team of mine still gets 400 error'ed when saving. This isn't a solution EA, don't call it solved!
- @392af06241564f49 that worked for both of my previously created teams which I made on the first day tb released. I cleared everything from the browser history and the cache and restarted everything. Like a hard reset for my computers google chrome
