From what I experienced you have to be logged in with your EA account. If you refresh the page (might have to click the College Football 25 header) it should have a login button at the top. If this doesn't help I'm not sure what the problem could be.

Are you signed in and actively playing the game while trying to open Team Builder? I had this same problem and once I closed my game and refreshed the Team Builder site I was able to login with no problems.

I'm on an supported and updated Laptop with business Quality internet, Terrabyte per second. Once I hit Create I'm stuck on and loading screen and ive been trying since last night 5+ hours.
At this point my chances of Winning the Lottery are higher than getting into Teambuilder. Most likely once your in theirs gonna be more Hang ups.

Yep. Pisses me off that none of these creators that have a "voice" aren't calling EA out over this crap. You build this game up and your customers can't even use it. EA pisses me off
Yeah you can’t be on the game and on the team builder website I just turned my ps5 off and the problem went away

I logged off the xbox and it started working for me but it's still isn't uploading pictures.
this actually helped me a lot, i was signed in and playing a game on one of my dynasty's and once i closed the game it let me start my team builder!
Same! I was really counting on Teambuilder to make up for all of that and I haven’t been able to do ANYTHING! All it does is freeze!

They are too **bleep** lazy to make one only reason they tried with these games is because a contract is on the line and once the contract gets resigned we will get the same copy and paste games like we have been getting.
