Team Builder - Error Code 112/113 Team Submission Failed

FYI when I remove all logos from the helmet and jersey it submitted fine. The same logos were on the field, the pants, and the actual team, so not sure what’s up.

So, first, I could not use my primary logo as it was deemed "offensive" (Still trying to figure that one out). Now, after going through the entire process and clicking "Submit," after a few minutes, an error comes up saying the helmet violates their policy. So, in other words, went through the entire process and can't even use the team I created.

Attached is the error along with the logo in question. I'll also attach the logo that I was able to upload.
