@FSMpreist21 Good question, can't say for sure, but from what I've seen it's a helmet issue.
I had a test team go through just fine, downloaded it and played some games. Went back in and added an alternate uni with a new logo on helmet as a test, also went through just fine and made it to console. I went back in a 3rd time to make a few adjustments and the 2nd "special logo" hit the 112 copyright issue. I went to that uniform, removed logo from helmet, and added it back and it went though just fine. It's really odd and inconsistent, but removing it and adding it back, even if it's the same logo does seem to work.
One other thing I noticed. If you have mulitiple uniforms and one has a "questionable" logo on the helmet, make sure that one isn't in the preview when you hit submit. Can't confirm that helps, but mine went through when I switched off of it. Hope that helps.
