Since Wednesday, I have not been able to submit teams that I have already made and downloaded in the game, I went back to make some changes to my uniforms, which on Tuesday; I was able to save and submit all 16 teams that I have made. Wednesday morning to now, I get an 112 error for content violation, and to check my helmet. So I removed all the logos off of my helmets and I am able to submit. Now I upload a created logo: That I created which by the way is the same created logo used as my midfield logo; I get content violation. Can someone from EA please explain, how I am able to upload this same logo on the field; but not on the helmets.

112 = Helmet
113 = Jersey
114= pants
It checks them in order (the 112 is the operation/exe number), that's why if you get the 110s it'll never get past 'Compositing uniforms" during submission. And field submission checking def puts an emphasis on finding WORDS within images that are offensive and dgaf about copyright checking as much as it matters on uniforms and main logos... Example: I've made a team with loose connections to the fake college in the movie ACCEPTED, and used their HotDog suit guy as a third logo and copped his image straight outta a screen shot of the movie. And it uploads and submits fine, but the second I try to use photoshop and edit in some text in the endzone that says his catch phrase : ASK ME ABOUT MY WEINER, the image uploader pooches the upload as it sees an image that violates its content policy. (But has no problems with the screenshot and edit of hotdogsuitguy)
I've also noticed that i can really slip by the fringey images best on THE FIRST TRY, then after that they're getting nicked with the 110's on every submit attempt after... This is why i'm thinking most people are able to get dumb crap on the field no sweat but it gets clipped on jersey AFTER the first time you're able to submit it... just some observations 🙂
