Don’t worry, you aren’t alone, it’s not your logos and your helmet isn’t messed up. It’s the website. It seems to have had an aneurysm last night and no longer works at all for anyone. My Facebook group of 50k people are all experiencing the same issues right now, way to ruin 50k peoples day off.
I am having the same issue. It's been like this starting at 11pm PST on the 23rd for me. Is there any EA Devs that can look into this issue?? I'm in a group of over 1k people that bounce team builder ideas off each other and they are all having the same issue at the moment. Feeling the same way
Ya know what makes their failure here even worse? They put a massive team builder option in game for NHL 2025.
@GuyRushinek EA should ban you for advocating bank fraud, which is a felony. Chargebacks are meant for damaged goods. While the game has its issues, players would be the ones guilty of breaking the disc.

I been trying to upload my logo to team builder but it keeps saying it cant be validated. but i have use it before on team builder. please fix this ea been trying since sunday all day and all day monday
Mine is down too, this is what the website is looking like.
I can get on the site, and it runs fine... the moment i try to submit a team with either 'questionable image legality' or even images that i created myself FROM scratch now... I'm getting a 112 error on teams that i've NEVER had issues with... It appears that EA has completely given up on Team builder
This will be the VERY LAST EA GAME I PURCHASE. This game and trying to just ENJOY it for what it is has been literally the worst video game experience i've ever had... Congrats, you've sent another person running for 2k, which is almost as bad, but at least the game works, and is, you know, a running and more complete product upon release... The game flows great from a player movement standpoint, but the little things were looked over. It runs choppy, does things that would NEVER happen IRL football games like 4 consecutive 4th down roughing the kicker flags in a row, and the integrating of team builder teams is shoddy, with no emphasis taken on cleaning up the presentation on patches, and substandard courteousness by the mods, when they even reply at all.. I get better advice on this game from the dudes under the off-ramp near my job
For shame. This was the pharma-bro equivalent of video game hustles. This game sucks in comparison to a version of it that came out over 10 years ago... just lazy AF
