While I don't have the exact details on why it's set up this way, I can understand where you're coming from. Not everyone wants to play Dynasty online all the time. I can see why it would be frustrating not being able to use the Team Builder for your offline Dynasty. We'll continue passing along your feedback on this to the team.
I can't guarantee this is something that will change, but if we do have any updates to share with you in the future we will let you know.

If this doesn't change there is a high likelihood that EA will face legal action over it. It's one thing to create paywalls to features that should be in the base game. That's unethical and bad customer service. It's another thing to actively advertise those features without disclosing that they require additional costs to use. That's illegal. The FTC should have eyes on this, tbh.
- @CommodoreHavoc I sure f****** hope they do. Aside from the fact that they advertised it as available offline and somehow it isn't, decade old game was able to do this and it wasn't nearly as broken as this game either. Pathetic
