Team Builder Error Downloading "Try again later"

I am unable to download my team builder from the download center. My team saved online but I keep on getting an error message that also says “try again later” when will I be able to successfully down...

As you can see by the name and the conversation above, this is my post. I have tried this and it has not worked. You all are literally just tagging the same answer. I spoke with another representative yesterday who said it is a bug which is why I have reported this as a bug. Please stop spamming the exact same answer from the exact same post with my name on it.

    Hey @PreadultAgate5 

    Thanks for the update! We've seen that error pop up for a few different reasons. 

    To check, have you played any games since it started? Also does any other account on the console have the same issue?
