Team Builder Error Downloading "Try again later"

I am unable to download my team builder from the download center. My team saved online but I keep on getting an error message that also says “try again later” when will I be able to successfully down...

I created my team on the madden website, I submitted it successfully.

It shows it has been downloaded.

However, when I go to replace a team with them (I'm using online solo), It shows no teams downloaded.

I try to download anyone elses team and it always says try again later i've clicked on over 10.

Also, the draft classes are downloaded and it shows no draft classes to import.
