Summarize your bug Whenever I open the game, it says Roster Update. "Then it says Downloading roster. Please wait..." Soon after, I get an error that says "An error has occurred while downloading the latest roster." I hit ok and it says, "There was an error downloading the latest player roster. Would you like to try to download it again" and the whole cycle continues. It never loads. I am able to play the other modes like Dynasty and Road to Glory, but I am unable to play online.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am unsure, this seems to be happening to a select few of us.
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I open the game, it says Roster Update. "Then it says Downloading roster. Please wait..." Soon after, I get an error that says "An error has occurred while downloading the latest roster." I hit ok and it says, "There was an error downloading the latest player roster. Would you like to try to download it again" and the whole cycle continues. Sometimes the game acts as if it wants to load and then dashes to the xbox home screen.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the roster load so that I can play online against other competitors online.

They are now stating this is a bug issue and to report it as such.
