Team builder field not showing up in game

I have made and messed with this one team multiple times and I cannot get my field to load in properly. I chose black for the grass color and yellow/orange lines. Maybe I went wrong with choosing black because maybe that screws everything up? My endzones don't show up either, primary color is also black there, mountain design. Honestly just so confused, as I made a team for my buddy with regular green grass and checkered endzones and his loads in just fine. A quick note to add is that I created both of these teams (mine and my buddy's) on the same EA account on the Team Builder site, but his shows up perfect. Additionally, both of our teams show up perfect when I check them on the Team Builder site. Any help would be appreciated! (also I'm finding it impossible to locate a phone number to just talk to a real live person from EA ://)
