Team Builder filters

Hi, i am trying to filter the teams on the team builder website and every time i click filters the screen has a gray filter over it and nothing works except the scroll wheel on the main page, not the filter sidebar. I have tried loading it on multiple different browsers (not at the same time obviously) to see if it was maybe a popup blocker hindering me, but that doesn't fix the issue. Has anyone else had this problem? If so please give me some advice. Thanks
