Team Builder in Europe

Hello, 

I’m from Germany and Team Builder doesn’t work for me:

I have access to the website, can log in and click on “create” but after that it’s always loading and after a while the server says that there’s an error. Also if on the website I am able to see the teams I have created, but only because every time it reloads the page after clicking on “create” it auto-generates a team but I can’t edit it (only delete). 

So I wonder if the server doesn’t work for me because I am in Europe, or because I use an IPad. (I tried with a laptop and phone, with the same results, but maybe something else will work)

I would really appreciate ur help, because I have now tried for several times over three months…
