Team builder Issues

I am having the same issues with a new team I created as well. The primary logo is just a white square and the field is also all white.

Anyone know of a work around?

same here I been like since wednesday  I don't like it I use teambuilder every mon wed friday in my mini season in play now I have them for3 out of my 16 teams it sucks I like the logos n field to be all white and try redownloading the teams nothing and i try restilling the game nothing ea please fix

First time using EA forums and I have been experiencing the same issues, the primary logo is just a white box and the field is completely white. I thought it could've been the logos not being imported into teambuilder properly or the browser was causing my team builder to not submit properly but that's just not the case. I have used Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome to see if changing the browser would help but it didn't, I even tried resubmitting a previous teambuilder and now that teambuilder is displaying a white box for the logo and the field being completely white. Honestly, I'm not expecting EA to fix this anytime soon considering CFB 25 has been out for almost a full year and the teambuilder website is still a beta, I just came here to vent about how EA sucks and wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same issues.

how do we send them and email or contact support, can someone do so if you know how, not sure if they even look at these forums or not

Something here..also I'm not able to edit names. Teams I loaded before the update I can edit names, but teams I've uploaded  after latest update I can't edit names, ratings and I get the white square instead of logo.
