Anyone having issues where the graphics won’t show up when you are trying to put the logos on i mean none of my logos show up it’s so damn aggravating
Last night it finally loaded to my surprise so I got to work building my team but my excitement was short lived. I also couldn’t see my jersey, helmets field logo etc. I have read on other sites people having this problem as well! EA had to have known that this feature was going to be the one thing everyone wanted to do like back in the day. Why in the hell didn’t they just make it so you could just build teams off the platform itself! They will do nothing at all to correct it and could care less about their customers! To them we are just dollar signs and nothing more. They give you no clear way to start a ticket or get your issue solved. Ubisoft is amazing at customer service and hell even Bethesda has better service and that’s not saying much!!
The worst part is, it is well-known internally with EA. The advisors on the live chat know it's not an issue on the user side, but that it's an issue on their end. They are calling for someone higher up to acknowledge the issue publicly, but they aren't getting anything.
The company is then covering themselves by saying Teambuilder is in beta, so there may be some bugs and a non-uniform customer experience. It is an atrocious business practice that sets themselves up for trouble if any consumer protection authority were to investigate it properly. It's a really simple thing to avoid too: do not advertise a feature of the game that is not 100% complete and properly tested.
At this point, EA has squandered the goodwill they gained with the announcement of the game, and the deep dives leading up to the release. They have opted for silence on the issues people are experiencing, and make it impossible for the issues to be reported by removing the ability to file a support case, instead putting all the issues here, on a public forum that they moderate and can choose to delete conversations that disagree with the narrative.
All most of us are asking are simple questions:
Are there problems?
What is the timeline for resolution?
Instead with have the EA community team giving advice that is idiotic, doesn't actually address the issue, or in some cases downright dismisses the issues the customer is having. I mean yah, they are right. If I'm having an issue, maybe I should just wait until it's resolved. May not pick it up again after, though.
I'm having the same problem, and it's been that way since launch. I can't preview the stadium or the uniforms so no matter what kind of changes I make I have no idea what they look like because you can't see anything. The logos don't come up and there is no preview of the field.
I'm having that issue too. I'm getting really tired of paying so much money for a game that won't work the way it's supposed to.
