Yeah I think it's crazy they haven't even given the community a real timeline on when it will be fixed.

I just wanted to let you know that we're still looking into reports of issues like this happening with the Team Builder.
We appreciate all the info you've been sharing with us so far. It's been helpful for our investigations into these issues. Once we have any news to share with you we'll follow up here and let you know.

All due respect, Kent, but three weeks of silence on the issue is unacceptable from a customer service point of view. You have a large number of customers who are unable to access an advertised feature of the game, and there has been nothing, not even an apology asking for patience while the issue is resolved. It appears to those who have purchased the game are being left to the wayside while at the higher levels, Madden is taking the precedent.
Does EA remember the backlash over:
The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.
It sure seems like they don't remember the PR backlash that resulted from that comment, because we are seeing dismissive comments from the community managers, and a complete silence from everyone else.
When ever I load into team builder and do all the stuff then it’s you created a team and then once I get ont colleg football 25 it does not work this on computer and same issue for my tablet as you the Eror I’ve been waiting for this game for so long but of course ea ruins it as usual

- @EA_Kent I don't know if y'all know about the issue with shoes gloves and sleeves not being the color you choose on the website once you get in game, but if not please let someone know we need that issue resolved as well
I'm having the same problem, and it makes me wonder how this game is priced at $70. Super disappointed in you guys you made it seem like this game would be an improvement but you can't even handle doing something that 2K has been doing for years.
Been saying the same thing for weeks, released a patch, and now it's even worse. Boooooo!!!!!
- Truly unacceptable and I’m hearing that when you get the team, even if you do get the team, they don’t even say your name how are you guys introducing these modes with * commentary I’m just over it man ya’ll need to give the rights back to 2K and let them do the job the right way. Let them do the thing cause y’all just suck. How are you gonna make us create these teams… if we can get there cause it’s all bugged out and then we finally get there .. feel all accomplished and we’re running out the tunnel and there’s no commentary for the team that you just made…
you guys can’t introduce a paragraph where we type in what we want to say when were coning out being introduced ? Just have it all spellchecked and it has the sound like a real commentator like 2K does. These things is why y’all need to give them back the job.
