Its me again, and the CFB25 Team Builder website still isn't working. I just dont understand how the site works for some people, yet all of us on here can't get it to work. We have tried everything you have recommended, and then some. It sucks, because I really enjoy this game. Rebuilt the Golden Gophers, but trying to start my own team now and it's been 2 weeks, and still nothing. I have been cutting back on how much time I've been logging into the game because of how frustrated I am. And if the madden website is going to be the same, you might as well postpone that release date until the bugs are fixed because this is ridiculous. Just to clarify:I can't preview my uniforms, stadium, or change the color or design of my grass/turf. And when I submit, The field is pitch black. Nothing fixes this. Browser, computer, settings, nothing. Please help me enjoy this game.

@Slayerxyz94 i’m getting pissed too. tried making some updates to my team and have been getting the ajax error for the past two days. things like this shouldn’t take long to fix. EA has a very big problem with addressing things in a timely manner. i don’t understand how a company of that magnitude can’t just figure it out.

I am so frustrated because this is the one feature I was waiting for. I love creating my teams and now I cannot do this. Logos won't upload, I can't see the uniforms nor the stadium surface. I have used multiple platforms, and nothing works. Why launch this if you know it wasn't going to work? Why is it still saying beta? Is there supposed to be a different site or something. I miss the original teambuilder website. It was ready at launch, and I spent hours making my teams. Is EA going to fix this? How come some people don't have any issues and then some do. I am so frustrated with this horrible experience. Can anybody help?

All due respect, Kent, but three weeks of silence on the issue is unacceptable from a customer service point of view. You have a large number of customers who are unable to access an advertised feature of the game, and there has been nothing, not even an apology asking for patience while the issue is resolved. It appears to those who have purchased the game are being left to the wayside while at the higher levels, Madden is taking the precedent. Does EA remember the backlash over:The intent is to provide players with a sense of pride and accomplishment for unlocking different heroes.It sure seems like they don't remember the PR backlash that resulted from that comment, because we are seeing dismissive comments from the community managers, and a complete silence from everyone else.

@Slayerxyz94 II bought this came Uber excited to build my own team like the old days. I get on the site and it just stalls out at the loading wheel! This has obviously been an issue since the launch and no real explanation or if there even looking at it. It’s beyond a joke there’s no clear way to contact EA or any real solutions.on the so called help page! What a massive joke! Fix the website how hard can it be with the amount of money EA makes ever year. Get your crap together for god sake!!!

Anyone having issues where the graphics won’t show up when you are trying to put the logos on i mean none of my logos show up it’s so damn aggravating

I have given up hope. I cannot get a team into the game that is usable, and it is the biggest letdown in any game I've ever played. I'm not even exaggerating, I would have liked a more rudimentary teambuilder that actually works. As it is, everything i try freezes upon submission. Regardless of computer, browser, RAM etc. It's infuriating, disappointing, and the biggest disappointment I've ever had in a game.
As it stands, I won't be buying 26 until I am able to actually build a team, submit it, and someone download it to show me it functions. Once I know it ACTUALLY WORKS AS ADVERTISED, I'll buy the game.

Same here, I’ve given up all hope on this years Teambuilder crap! Still the same issues as day 1! EA needs to hire a 3rd party source for next years game to control all the teambuilder stuff! I will not partake next year until they can prove to me that this stuff is fully fixed and rid of this beta crap!

I was able to get around the site/pc freezing when I submit by logging into the computer itself as a guest user. Worked well. I’m not happy it came to that but glad I was able to get it to work. I’m on a Chromebook. It seems to me that on a regular user profile there were too many background apps using RAM and internet, but not an issue on the guest user account.

I was able to do it a few times that way. Just sharing incase it works for others, but no promises.

to be clear, I made my team and saved it. Then logged out of the computer, logged back in as a guest user, went to the website and signed in, and hit submit. Worked which.

the workaround for those who can’t even get it to save may be to try using a guest user profile on your pc/chromebook.
