Depends if you're using a copyright logo. Or so I've heard. If you're using a copyrighted logo, it'll get rejected.

@itskenta This surely isn’t true because there are already multiple teams built that have copyright protection pictures on their helmet. Regardless the website is broken. Even building my school without uploading a logo doesn’t work.
