Team Builder stuck on Warning User Agreement confirmation

Players are having trouble submitting their teams and creations, meanwhile I'm having trouble getting off the FIRST STAGE OF THIS WEBSITE.

When I go to upload my own logo (which I have been planning all year, designed my own team, story, funded by SeaWorld a little head cannon of mine, it's an orca team) this prompt pops up

After I got confirm, nothing happens..so I press upload again, and... It pops up again, over and over and over and over. It is impossible to import a logo it seems.

People wanna upload logos EA. No one wants to play as the Electronic Dark Arts.

Device: Ipad Air (5th Gen)

Had no issues ever, lots of people actually use this ipad as a literal laptop, it clearly is supported because ea wouldn't let you access the website like say on your phone, so this can't be the issue.

We're probably gonna have to find a work around this because...idk.. a small issue likes this takes anywhere from 2-18728292 business days for ea to fix

    Team builder website hardly ever works and when it does the field is completely black on the game.

    A month later and I am just now going to build my team. Figured I would wait until the rush was over and bugs fixed if there was any. (I figured there were seeing the game was full of bugs) imagine my surprise when I'm trying to do my team today and can't get past naming the team 2 different times and then it crashes. By crashes, it shuts the brand-new Chromebook I bought to see if it'd help any as I used 2 laptops (one was 10 years old and the other 3 or 4). Just a straight gutter trash product by EA... I really shouldn't be surprised, but I had hopes with how they put some effort into this game. Ain't had a good Madden since 2006... 😂
