Team Builder Submission Failed

I have tried changing search engines. Made sure there is no ad block on. I have made sure there is no punctuation in the names of stuff. I don't have any custom logos or texts to mess with things. All I have done is used their pre made stuff and then changed the overall of the entire team to 0 for a rebuild dynasty.
