Team builder won’t save-Error 400 every time

Every time I try to save or submit my custom team in the EA Team Builder, I get this error:

"Error: [400] An unexpected error occurred during this operation."

I’ve tried multiple browsers (Chrome and Safari), Incognito mode, switching networks, and simplifying the design. Nothing works. The team won’t save or submit.

Please fix this or provide a workaround.
