Do we have any update or is this just a fake message because it is still down?
Not a fake message. I was told they were working on it by two employees on LinkedIn.
Was just told this morning by an EA rep via email that a fix isn't guaranteed... I think the message you got from this dude was just likely trying to get you to stop talking to them..
