Teambuilder field all-black when imported to game

Here's the thing though... try downloading someone else's team it will work just fine... so there is something we must of all have in common....

I'm on Xbox Series X and have the same black field problem, so its not the console.

Field is black when I load my teambuilder into the game. I've been anticipating this game for over a year and the issues are just a huge disappointment.

Same here I have Xbox x series 

Ok so after the failed attempt to create a team and having the black field now if I try to create another team after deleting the first team now on the website I can’t see anything pass the select the logos. Can’t see the uniforms or the stadium once selected.
