Teambuilder field all-black when imported to game

Everytime I go edit team uniforms and field, I can't see what I'm doing since the uniforms are always popping up completely platinum and ineditable and the field is just black. And that is something on the site, I've seen people having problems on importing the field into the game but I see a black field on the teambuilder site plus the full platinum and ineditable uniforms. Pls fix this issue to make this guy writing a happy man.

I'm on PS5. The black field happens with every team I create. I've tried deleting and re-saving, tried creating a team with no edits at all, multiple browsers, laptop and phone. Downloaded a friend's created team and his field showed up fine. The black field is unplayable for me and I can basically only play road games and bowl games in my dynasty, smh.

I had the same issue. I selected a turf color (custom color) and it no longer showed up as black. I noticed when i selected not to have a color, and then save it, it would go back to a custom color (black). Once my custom color was selected as a green turf color I had no more problems.

I originally created a team on friday (7/19) and had no issues whatsoever, however, I did not like the stadium branding and when I went to change the team stadium it would not let me reupload all of my hard work.

Finally, I gave in and just recreated my team and it was going fine until I got to the surface section.

After spending a decent amount of time recreating my original created team, the turf/grass refuses to change any color other than black. Sometimes it will switch then when I go to save and upload it it still appears black in both the preview and game.

Here is an example (Including time stamps). I made a change to the sidelines and the field color changed to my selected color, however, when I went to save it returned to black.

I've made three teams and with every team my field always ends up black when I import them. When I go back to edit and try and fix it my surface is always back to the preset and never saves. I know this is a beta but dang could of actually have us a working site that doesn't crash freeze not load in the logos properly or save what you have been working on. I've tried deleting recreating but the fields are the only thing stopping me from using my teams in game it's frustrating. EA your in game search engine is straight garbage it won't even show me my teams when I search with my username, if I use keyword search it's all random and has nothing to do with the keyword search if you use more then one criteria for your search it's just brings up random teams. EA Y'all really need to get a handle on this. Should have just held out and release a finished website instead of a beta cause this is terrible. Also it's 2024 why not have a App and a website for Teambuilder cause not everyone has access to a PC, laptop etc.

At least you can see the lines they made my whole field pitch black I can’t see the sidelines or numbers at all I barely can tell when I’m in redzone 

when I created a team on NCAA college football team builder the teams field was black  whek I made it an national greeen field how do I fix that 

I hope they resolve this issue because it seems to be the main issue with TeamBuilder.
