I'm really not sure what's going on with it, what exactly the problem is, but I *was* having no problem with either. I don't know if it was just part of NCAA 14 or if it existed any of the years before that, but I never used it then, even though I did play the game a lot. Can't quite remember whether or not I even knew it was a thing since I didn't mess with online features of EA sports games very much at the time. So anyway, I just started messing with team builder a few weeks ago after learning it was part of the game. At that time, and for a couple weeks after that, I had no issues of any kind. Uploading logos, saving and submitting teams, downloading those teams on the console, starting dynasties with those teams, all of those things worked with no issues of any kind on the first attempt.
Fast forward to now, uploading a logo fails every time without exception, just 10 - 20 seconds of that circular loading graphic and then an error message. Saving a team after editing it still works fine, but it's the only thing that does. Submitting a team so that it's actually findable and downloadable on the console, 30+ seconds of the loading graphic and then an error message saying the team I'm trying to submit is unacceptable because of something to do with the helmet and that I need to go change it. Doesn't matter if there are custom layers or not, what color or shade the helmet is or what color any accessory on the helmet is, what you change about or how plain you make it. It still just gives that error message every time. At least that's how it's been for me. For 2 weeks or so, worked fine in every aspect. For the last 1 week or so, with the exception of still being able to at least save a team so that you can go back to it, nothing works.
Same exact situation. EA doesn’t give two poops. I said poop… only funny thing about this mess. Very frustrating; I loved that team and refuse to start over.
