Teambuilder imported logos don't show up.

Hi, when I try to upload logos on the teambuilder website from my desktop, it shows a blank image, I make sure they are under 512 KB, how do I fix this?

  • Mine just staying on the loading circle for like an Hour and it kept going. I even used Different Browsers and still didn't work!

  • Same. I have tried different browsers and different computers and it still wont load the logo. it just shows up a grey box. I've been trying for a week and it worked for a day then it stopped. 

  • I have tried everything to get it to work. I have a team half built - I was able to get the logos to finally upload and got the jerseys created. Saved, then exited. Now when I go back in to edit, as soon as I click anywhere, the logos disappear again. I already know from personal experience if you click submit while the logo boxes are blank, they remain blank on upload. I hope this gets fixed so I can go in and edit my stadium, since every time I go there, the same thing - the screen remains blank except for the sidebar on the left. 

  • Filed a case, spoke with the online advisor. The support team is all aware of the issue, and have been asking for someone to acknowledge this on a public platform... The issue has nothing to do with the PC you are using, or the browser. It is all on their side.

    Though, I know nobody likes to wait but rest assured the issue is been addressed on priority. You have been a valued player of EA and I assure you that team won't take long to fix this. Don't worry I can assure you that what you have paid for you will get it.
    Manjeet (2024-07-27, 10:32:22 p.m.): Please do not worry the issue is from our side we are taking care of this for our fans.

    Team is working on this and there will be work around asap. We are trying our best. Right now the cause of this issue isn't identified yet.
    Xayoz306 (2024-07-27, 10:33:22 p.m.): Thank you. This is the first time this issue has been acknowledged. If possible, you should pass up word that this is the sort of thing where communication and acknowledgement of the problem can go a long way in restoring goodwill with the playerbase.

    So this problem has been going on since the launch and they still haven't figured out what the issue is? I tried to create my own schools the Friday it dropped and none of my logos would show up, so this is a day one issue.

    Though now I can't even get to the point where I can upload a logo so I'm not sure if that's progress or not.

    At least there was some level of acknowledgement and they're not blaming all of our computers.
